  • What if my order has not arrived yet or I have a problem with my bill?

    All orders are processed within 24 hours. Because we ship internationally, please allow 14-21 business days to receive your product. If it has not been at least 3 weeks since your order was placed, please do not contact customer support as there will be nothing we can do for you at that time. However, if 3 weeks have passed and you still have not received your order, please email us at:

  • Tracking/Shipping number issues?

    The shipping number received in your confirmation email is not a parcel tracking site. This site is only to be used to confirm your order has been processed and in route to its final destination. Once your shipment departs, no more updates will be given.
